Transaction Fees and Limits to Buy or Sell Cryptos
Here are the transaction fees that we charge and the transaction limits that we enforce.
Transaction fees
When you buy crypto-currencies, the transaction fee we charge depends on the location and the crypto-currency you have chosen. We may also charge a flat fee.
When you sell crypto-currencies, we charge a 6% fee, no matter the location or the crypto-currency you have chosen. We do not charge a flat fee on the transaction.
Transaction limits
Customers have different transaction limits based on whether they are buying or selling cryptocurrencies, whether they are going to an ATM or Counter location and whether they are unverified or verified. As an unverified customer, you only have to give us your phone number and date of birth to conduct a transaction. To get verified, you have to provide us with more information. We ask for these information to comply with government regulations.
